Drying container
Stainless-steel or glass container with a conical hopper and integrated lid — robust, observable, and easy to clean.
Drying result
Heated, very dry air strips residual moisture from the granulate. Moisture leaves the container through the air-outlet filter.
Compressed-air feed
Compressed air is expanded to atmospheric level and led to the heating register, brought up to drying temperature, and fed into the lower container area through the dry-air distributor.
Automatic control
Compressed-air consumption adjusts automatically to the actual material throughput. On the BD/JD series, air volumes and heating power are throttled when less material is processed — further energy savings in real operation.

Required compressed-air quality to industry standard: pressure dew point 3–5 °C at 7 bar, residual oil content 0.1 ppm.
