Two-Circuit Technology

No molecular sieve. No wear. Just physics.

Our proprietary two-circuit system separates the drying process into two independent air circuits — dramatically reducing compressed air consumption while maintaining a constant dew point. Just measurably better drying.

STRUCTURE

The Drying Hopper

Housing & drying hopper made of high-grade stainless steel with highly efficient insulation. Wet granules enter at the top, dry material exits at the bottom. No blow-in pipes — for optimised temperature distribution and easy cleaning.

RECIRCULATION

Pre-Heating with Ambient Air

Free ambient air is heated — electrically or via waste heat from production machinery. It flows through the upper zone and heats the granules to drying temperature.

Free

Ambient air + waste heat = minimal energy cost for the recirculation circuit

RESULT

The Result

Every granule uniformly dried. Constant dew point, constant residual moisture. Reproducible over the entire service life — without maintenance, no desiccant.

DRY AIR

Drying with Compressed Air

In the lower section, a small amount of compressed air is expanded to atmospheric pressure. The expansion creates extremely dry air with a low dew point — it extracts the deep-seated residual moisture.

85% less

Compressed air consumption compared to conventional compressed air dryers.

AUTO-REGULATION

Automatic Power Regulation

Both circuits automatically adapt to the actual material throughput. Air volumes and heating power are throttled when less material is processed — further energy savings in real-world operation.
