d) Server Log Files

The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This data is not merged with other data sources.

• Contact inquiries: Data is deleted after your inquiry has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
• Business records: In accordance with statutory retention periods under the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code (BAO), the retention period is 7 years.
• Server log files: Are automatically deleted after 14 days.
