We collect personal data in the following cases:

b) Download Area
To access certain downloads (e.g., technical documentation, data sheets), we may ask you to provide your contact details. This data is used to provide the requested documents and for further business development purposes.

d) Server Log Files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of your personal data is based on the following legal grounds:
- Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO – Consent: Where you have given us consent to process your personal data (e.g., for newsletters or optional cookies).
- Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO – Performance of a contract: Where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures (e.g., processing your inquiry via the contact form).
- Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO – Legitimate interest: Where processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us (e.g., ensuring the operation and security of our website, statistical analysis of website usage).
4. Data Retention
We store your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention periods.
- Contact inquiries: Data is deleted after your inquiry has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
- Business records: In accordance with statutory retention periods under the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code (BAO), the retention period is 7 years.
- Server log files: Are automatically deleted after 14 days.

- Right of access (Art. 15 DSGVO) – You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us.
