FD Series
Two-circuit technology for medium throughputs
The FD series uses the revolutionary two-circuit technology and delivers immense energy savings thanks to extremely low compressed air consumption. The units are mainly used for drying hygroscopic plastics with small to medium material throughputs. The compact design allows installation directly on the machine infeed of the production machine. For hopper volumes from 120 liters and higher, installation on a mobile stand is recommended.

Technology
The two-circuit technology mainly uses free ambient air to warm the material. Only a fraction of compressed air is needed for the actual drying process – reducing compressed air consumption by up to 85% compared with conventional dryers that operate with compressed air.
