BD Series
Compact compressed air dryer with temperature control
The BD series is mainly used for drying hygroscopic plastics with small to medium material throughputs and operates with compressed air. The compact design allows installation directly on the machine infeed of the production machine. For hopper volumes from 120 liters and higher, installation on a mobile stand is recommended.

Technology
The BD series is equipped with a standard temperature controller that allows two temperatures to be set. If production is interrupted, the temperature can be automatically reduced to a low level, protecting the material from over-drying. A mechanical energy control reduces the compressed air and therefore also the energy requirement depending on the material throughput.
