CD-S Series
Split design based on the CD series
The CD-Split series is mainly used for drying hygroscopic plastics with low material throughputs. In this series, the modern touch control unit is separated from the drying hopper. This design is particularly suited to machines with limited space at the material infeed or where the dryer has to be mounted at a high level, making the controller difficult to reach.

Technology
Operation is handled via a control system separated from the drying hopper, with a colour display and touchscreen that can be placed directly next to the operating panel of the production machine. Protection against over-drying, a weekly timer, drying programs, recording of process data to a USB stick and ModbusTCP communication are part of the comprehensive standard scope. Interfaces via OPC UA, TTY, SQL or web client are optionally available.
