A central system supplies several dryers and production machines from a shared material store — fully engineered, planned in 3D and installed turnkey. It is a product in its own right that qip designs together with you: from needs analysis through plant layout to commissioning, with every component matched precisely to your production.

Central drying & material supply

Central conveying stations with a wide range of separator types are the answer when several machines must be supplied with granules over longer distances. They are engineered together with the customer, supported by 3D-CAD planning, and installed on request.

Depending on the application, the right material separators are selected — for dusty regrind, abrasive compounds or mixing two materials. A central vacuum pump generates the vacuum for several separators, and dust is collected centrally.
